HOURS-

Our phone lines are open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST) Monday through Friday.  Fax Orders can be received 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  Phone messages are taken after normal business hours and during holidays.  Jeffrey Morgan Race Cars LLC is closed Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

METHODS OF PAYMENT-

For your convenience, Jeffrey Morgan Race Cars LLC accepts Master Card, Visa, Discover Card, C.O.D. and cash in advance.  Credit Card orders must be sent to the name on the card.  For C.O.D. orders, method of payment is certified check or money order (no personal checks or cash) and a cost of $8.00 per box will be applied.

DELIVERY-

All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless requested otherwise.  Truck shipments require full prepayment.  For all orders returned to Jeffrey Morgan Race Cars LLC due to refusal or as non-deliverable, the customer will be billed for all shipping charges plus a 15 percent restocking fee.  All future shipments must be prepaid. Complete Dragster Orders will be charged a crating fee and shipped freight collect. 

FREIGHT DAMAGE-

Delivery of all merchandise is the responsibly of the carrier.  Always check the condition of the cartons and the merchandise in the presence of the delivery person.  In the event of damage, file a claim immediately with the delivery carrier.  Be sure that you keep all damaged cartons for inspection.  We will be glad to assist you in any way possible, but we cannot guarantee any settlement with the carrier.  Claims for damage will not be honored by Jeffrey Morgan Race Cars LLC for any product which has been altered or modified in any way by the customer.

RETURNS-

All returns must be approved within 30 days of invoice and be in original condition.  Items must be shipped postage paid and the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee.  We will refund your money by crediting your account on future orders.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS-

All custom products require full payment with the order and are NOT returnable.

WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES-

Due to the conditions under which our products are used, Jeffrey Morgan Race Cars LLC will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage directly or indirectly resulting from the use or misuse of these products.  Jeffrey Morgan Race Cars LLC will, at its discretion, replace any products that are determined to be defective as the result of materials or workmanship within one year from the date of purchase.  If the preapproved products should be returned to Jeffrey Morgan Race Cars LLC shipping prepaid, and replacement parts will be returned to the customer.

PRICES-

Because our suppliers change prices, sometimes without notice, all prices and terms are subject to change.  We will do our best to notify you with dealer price increases.

FOREIGN ORDERS-

Unless restricted by law, Jeffrey Morgan Race Cars LLC will ship to foreign countries.  Orders outside the UPS COD shipping territory must include pre-payment and all necessary import/export documents.
